Society Dedication in Purwodadi

      PURWODADI. Society dedication was held in purwodadi village, on May 29th, 2018. The English students of Purworejo Muhammadiyah University held this activity to fulfill the assignment of AIK. There were many activities such as, muslimah style socialiszation, recitation of Al-Qur'an, adzan contest, reading Qur'an, memorizing a Juz 'Amma contest.  All the activities to increase religion people skill.

        The event had run well, from at 5 a.m to 7 p.m. All of poeple participated the activity. There were children, teenagers, and adults.

A Muslimah Style Socialiszation was held in the morning which followed by moms and girls around the mosque. In the evening, there were some contests, like adzan contest, memorizing Juz 'Amma contest, and reading Qur'an. This contest was followed by the children both boys and girls.

     There was an Adzan contest is especially for the boys. There were 12 children for only 2 winners. A Recitation the Qur'an contest was followed by 8 girls. The winner would be taken only 2 girls. For the memorizing Juz 'Amma was followed by 5 children. The winner was only one. In this event all peoples felt happy.

ANLOK ADVENTURE (mountaineer)

      There was a organization in my friends village that is Pasir Village. The named Anlok Adventure, this is organization for people who like mountain climbing. Anlok Adventure there since 2003. And there are many members of Anlok Adventure, that are 25 people.

  The first experience of mountain climbing, when I go to Mahameru mountain, tambak. My friends and I prepare a variety of equipments that we had to take it. Most of us carried blankets, groceries, and a tent. I was so excited about starting this journey because that was the first time I hiked up the mountain.

         We started climbing at 05.00 am. The atmosphere at the climbing place is very cool, we rested more and ate the food together so we got enough power to continue the trip. We were so worried when the rain pouring down. After we rested and the rain stopped, we continued the climb. The road was slippery and we should becareful in walking. 

       At 12.00 am, we arrived at the peak. It was an amazing experience. I will never forget all the experience.

Tangkuban Prahu in West Java

         

        Once upon a time, there lived a beautiful woman named Dayang Sumbi, there were many prince asked her to married, but she didn’t accepted their purpose. One day, she asked Singging Perbangkara King to isolate herself from others people. And the king permitted her. She was isolated with her male dog, the named “Tumang”.

     Along her life she kept praying. One day, the God heard her pray. Dayang Sumbi got married with tumang. After years, Dayang Sumbi gave birth to baby and named him Sangkuriang. Dayang Sumbi never told about Sangkuriang father.

        One day, Dayang Sumbi want kijang heart. Sangkuriang went to hunting with Tumang. But he didn’t found the animal who his mother wants. He blamed Tumang for the failure and then he killed Tumang. When Dayang Sumbing knew that she hit Sangkuriang’s head with a spoon and expelled him.

Many years later, Sangkuriang wandered and found an old house in the forest. There was an old beautiful woman. The woman, Dayang Sumbi, but she recognized the wanderer as Sangkuriang. And then, Sangkuriang forced Dayang Sumbi to marry him. Dayang Sumbi agreed to marry him but Sangkuriang had to make a vast boat, just in one night.

         At night, Sangkuriang make the vest boat. Sangkuriang called his ghosts friends to help him. But Dayang Sumbi foiled Sangkuriang to completed boat. Dayang Sumbi asked the other women in the village to make noise  which disturbed the ghosts. And then the ghosts left Sangkuriang alone. Finally Sangkuriang got very angry and kicked away the boat to the downside, which turned into a mountain, called Tangkuban Prahu.

On Sunday I went to Al-Kamal Islamic Boarding House. It’s located near my house, in Buayan village.

It is the biggest Islamic Boarding House in Buayan village.

At that day, I apply make up to student performance.

In there, I met Mr. Dino, who is our favorite teacher at Senior High School (SMK BASADA). He was with his son. Mr. Dino greet me friendly.

After finished my job, I met him in the Islamic Boarding House hall. He told me about the condition of our Senior High School (SMK BASADA), that is very good. I felt happy.

That was very interesting, to met him.

TOFU WITH CATFISH BATAGOR

Here are the ingredients needed for the making of TOFU WITH CATFISH BATAGOR

Materials:

2 of catfish

400 grams of white tofu

1 tbsp of wheat flour

3 tablespoons sago flour

1 tsp salt

1 spring onion, thinly sliced

Ice water

Ingredients of  Catfish Sauce:

2 pieces or more of red chili

300 ml of water

200 grams of peanuts, fried

2 cloves or more of garlic

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp brown sugar

Next steps you must do in the process of processing Catfish Batagor.

Making Sauce:

The First time  Mix all ingredients sugar and salt into the cobek then ulek until smooth .

how to make Catfish Batagor:

1.First cut the tofu and hole the middle, set aside,

2.Clean the catfish by removing the head and thorn and then puree the meat,

3.Mix the catfish with flour, salt. Mix well,

4.Than  Put the catfish dough into tofu, do until the dough runs out,

5. Next fry with plenty of oil until brownish yellow, remove and drain,

6.Than serve by cutting and then flush with sauce and add auxiliary ingredients,
7.Finally serve the warm Catfish Batagor.
